Gabapentin 경구제

(품명: 뉴론틴 등)

허가사항 범위 내에서 아래와 같은 기준으로 투여 시 요양급여를 인정하며, 동 인정기준 이외에는 약값 전액을 환자가 부담토록 함.

2. 신경병성 통증(Neuropathic pain) 중 다음 각호 중 하나에 해당하는 경우

- 다 음 -

가. 당뇨병성 말초 신경병증(Diabetic neuropathy)

1) Thioctic acid(또는 α-lipoic acid) 경구제와 병용투여 시 Gabapentin 경구제의 약값 전액을 환자가 부담토록 함.

2) 생략

나. 대상포진 후 신경통(Post-herpetic neuralgia): Lidocaine 패취제(품명: 리도탑카타플라스마)와 병용투여 시 저렴한 약제의 약값 전액을 환자가 부담토록 함.

다. ~ 차. 생략

가. 당뇨병성 말초 신경병증성 통증

1) Thioctic acid(또는 α-lipoic acid) 경구제와 병용투여 시 요양급여를 인정함.

2) 현행과 같음

나. 대상포진 후 신경통(Post-herpetic neuralgia): Lidocaine 패취제(품명: 리도탑카타플라스마 등)와 병용투여 시 저렴한 약제의 약값 전액을 환자가 부담토록 함. 단, 2~4주 치료 후에도 증세의 호전이 없어 병용투여시에는 요양급여를 인정함.

다. ~ 차. 현행과 같음

-당뇨병성 말초 신경병증성 통증에 Thioctic acid 경구제와 병용투여 시 보장성 확대차원에서 병용 약제 모두 급여인정함.

-대상포진 후 신경통에 Lidocaine 패취제와 병용투여시 보장성 확대차원에서 병용 약제 모두 급여인정함.
